Product Description The 10CH NVR + 4 PTZ Camera system, with a 5X Digital Zoom, is a Hiseeu 3MP PTZ Wireless System. You can pan, tilt, and control the camera on the NVR and your mobile phone, with no blind angles. The WiFi camera tracks objects as they move and records 30 seconds of video.

The wireless PTZ camera is built-in with a floodlight, providing clearer and brighter images at night. The PTZ security camera has a built-in microphone and speaker, allowing you to talk to your family or pet on your mobile phone anytime, anywhere. If a stranger enters the monitoring range, you can also warn them through the mobile app to protect your property and personal safety.

The PTZ security camera system has a built-in 1TB hard drive, defaulting to 24/7 recording. You can also select event recording to save storage space, only recording when an event is detected. The NVR supports SD card storage (up to 256GB) and cloud service (not free) for backups.

The mini NVR supports both wired and wireless (2.4GHz) connections, with plug-and-play setup. As long as the NVR is connected to WiFi, there is a signal, and you don't need to connect each camera separately. You can remotely view the cameras on multiple devices, even when you're not at home.

The cameras are IP66 waterproof, allowing them to function normally in stormy weather or low-temperature environments. The PTZ cameras can only be bound to one application account, but you can share the device with your family or friends.

The new NVR supports adding 10 cameras, and you can add another 6 cameras, but you cannot add wired cameras. The wireless connection is between the camera and the NVR box, and the NVR and the internet access are also wireless, without any Ethernet cables. However, the camera still requires a power cable.

If your camera is 2.4GHz and not connecting to WiFi, you can reset the camera, connect it to your router via a network cable, and then switch to wireless connection. Refer to the user manual for details.

We have provided a video to help you make the camera work with Alexa, but it cannot work with Blue Iris. Hiseeu offers a 1-year replacement period; please reach out to the service team for more details.

You don't need to install a micro SD card for this wireless camera system, as it comes with a pre-installed 1TB HDD in the NVR. The recording is the same as the HDD since the camera is connected to the NVR box.

The system includes 1 x 10-channel NVR and 4 x 3MP (2304 X 1296P) wireless IP66 waterproof cameras. The cameras and NVR are paired before shipping, making the connection and configuration with power adapters and 10ft cable power supply easy to install.
