Hiseeu Wireless NVRNVR has no audio output, so you'll need to use an HDMI cable to connect it to an HD TV in order to hear the sound. Ensure that the camera supports audio functionality as well. For two-way audio, you'll need to use a cellphone app, which means the system requires a network connection. When you connect to the network, it can only support 2.4G WiFi, not 5G WiFi.
The Wireless NVR comes with a built-in WiFi connection between the NVR and the cameras, allowing the cameras to be paired to the Hiseeu NVR without the need for a network. The Wi-Fi router and NVR (network video recorder) are integrated into a single device, providing a built-in router functionality.
The wireless NVR requires a 12V 2A or 12V 3A power supply. If you use a 12V 1A power supply designed for the cameras, the NVR box may not provide enough power to drive the hard drive.
The Hiseeu Wireless NVR can support up to 16 cameras. To check your NVR version, right-click on the NVR mouse, go to system setup, and then to general setup.
To pair a camera with the NVR, follow these steps: 1. Right-click on the NVR mouse and choose "Camera". 2. Press the camera's reset button for about 6 seconds. 3. Click the "+" icon. 4. Wait for the camera's IP address (172.20.14.**) to appear, indicating that the camera has been successfully added.
