Hiseeu WiFi Range Extender for Security Camera System

This WiFi repeater is designed exclusively for the Hiseeu wireless camera system. It is compatible with the Hiseeu NVR (Network Video Recorder) and can be used to boost the WiFi signal if your camera is located too far from the NVR (the distance between the camera and NVR box should not exceed 50 feet). By connecting the camera with a weak signal to the WiFi repeater and placing the repeater between the NVR and the camera, you can improve the wireless connection.

Setting up the WiFi repeater is straightforward. First, place the WiFi repeater close to the NVR and power it on. Wait for 60 seconds until the "NVR" LED stays bright. Then, right-click on your NVR mouse, select "Video Manage," and click "Search." This will retrieve the REPEATER IP address (192.168.***). Next, go to the NVR's main menu, right-click the NVR mouse, select "Video Manage," then "Repeater," and click the "+" button to add the camera channel behind the RP1. After this, you can unplug the WiFi repeater and place it between the NVR and the camera.

The WiFi repeater allows you to extend the range of your wireless security system. It can support up to 2 security cameras, which can be added to the WiFi repeater to receive a better WiFi signal. In the NVR's menu, under "Camera Manage" and "WiFi Relay," you can add up to 2 cameras behind a WiFi repeater.

The WiFi repeater also supports an Auto WiFi Relay feature. Once you've connected the WiFi repeater to the NVR, any security camera with a weak signal will automatically be added to the WiFi repeater. To enable this feature, go to the NVR's menu, select "Camera Manage," then "WiFi Relay," and turn on the "Auto Repeater" option.

It's important to note that the WiFi repeater supports only 2.4GHz networks, not 5GHz networks. Additionally, battery-powered cameras cannot be added to the WiFi repeater.
