Connecting the Camera to the New NVR
To pair your new camera with your NVR, follow these steps:
- Right-click the NVR mouse and select "Add Camera (+)".
- Press the reset button on the camera for about 10 seconds.
- Click "Continue" and wait for the new IP address to appear.
- If no IP address shows up, click "Search" again.
Built-in Speaker
Hiseeu's wireless cameras feature an integrated speaker. You can directly listen to audio from the camera through this NVR. However, the NVR itself does not have a microphone. For two-way audio functionality, you will need to use the Eseecloud App.
No Hard Drive
The package includes no hard drive. You need to install an internal hard drive (up to 6TB) for storage. The NVR requires a power adapter supplying at least 12V and 2A. Ensure you use the correct adapter type (12V2A or 12V3A) and turn on the NVR using the button on the front cover.
Wireless Connectivity
2.4G WiFi for Remote Viewing
Hiseeu wireless NVR only works with Hiseeu wireless cameras and the EseeCloud app. For remote viewing, connect the NVR to your 2.4G WiFi network. No additional network setup is required when initially connecting the camera to the NVR box.
Installation Instructions
When you receive your new NVR box, it may not be paired with your original cameras. You need to follow these steps: 1. Open your original NVR box and remove the hard drive. 2. Install the hard drive from the original NVR into the new NVR box.

Dual WiFi and 10 Channel Support
The Hiseeu wireless NVR supports up to 10 channels. It can handle 960P, 1080P, 3MP, and 5MP wireless cameras. The NVR comes with its own built-in Wi-Fi router, recording all cameras with its bandwidth, which means no impact on your home router's performance. An internet connection is only needed when viewing remotely.
